Operator

This site is run by the EijuuGo operator (an individual). Contact: contact@eijuugo.com.

Account: email address and hashed password; with Google login, the account identifier Google provides.
What you enter: points, income, residence details, tax and pension status, and checklist progress.
Application records: bureau, status, submission date, result and result date, plus optional details such as income band, household size and company size.
The change history of your application record, and the conditions and estimates saved when you submit or update it. These are used to check and improve the estimate, are not shown publicly, and are deleted together with the record.
Cases from public sources: factual details such as bureau, status, dates and results that the operator compiled from public posts. Nicknames and post text are not recorded. Source links are visible only to the operator.
Feedback: your message and optional contact details.
Technical information: cookies for login and language settings; your IP address is briefly used for rate limiting to prevent abuse; server error logs may record IP addresses and the pages accessed.

Guest entries stay in your browser and are not sent to the server. Logging out also clears them from this device.

To provide the points calculator, approval probability, wait times and checklist, and to sync across your devices.
To aggregate records into statistics on wait times and denial reasons, and to improve the approval probability.
To reply to feedback, prevent abuse and keep the site running.

After the operator reviews and approves an application record, its bureau, status, route, dates and result may appear in the public list. Accounts and email addresses are not shown.
Optional details such as income band, household size, company size and tax status are not shown publicly and are used only for aggregate analysis.
Because dates are exact to the day, people who know you may recognise you. If that concerns you, please do not submit.

We do not sell your data.
The site and database run in the Tokyo region of Amazon Web Services (AWS Lightsail), and your data is stored there.
If you use Google login, Google processes the information needed to sign in. Email sent to the contact address is forwarded by Cloudflare to Gmail. These providers may process data outside Japan.

Data is kept until you delete it. Deleting your account on the account page removes your account, entries and application records.
Database backups are encrypted and stored in Cloudflare R2. Deleted data is removed from backups within 30 days.
Feedback messages are not deleted with your account. To remove them, contact us through the feedback page.
Please do not submit residence card numbers, application numbers or document images. This site does not need them.
